Ako se zna da u Beogradu po ovim standardima rade svega tri-\u010detiri pekare a sli\u010dna je situacija i u Novom Sadu, onda je jasno da je ovo veliki iskorak u primeni savremene organizacije proizvodnje i higijensko-zdravstvene sigurnosti proizvoda. Pripreme za dobijanje ovog sertifikata bile su duge i skupe. Za godinu i po dana izgradili su potpuno novu proizvodnu liniju po najvi\u0161im standardima a u to je bila uklju\u010dena i edukacija vlasnika pekare. <o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/p>\n<div align=\"justify\">  <\/div>\n<p align=\"justify\" class=\"MsoNormal\"><font size=\"2\"><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-family: Arial;\"><span style=\"\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span>HACCP sistem garantuje bezbednost hrane u svim fazama proizvodnje od sirovina do gotovih proizvoda. Tako se, na primer, bra\u0161no i druge sirovine ne mogu nabavljati od proizvo\u0111a\u010da koji nisu u ovom sistemu jer moraju biti propra\u0107eni deklaracijama o svom sastavu.
